Create marketing collateral for local businesses that include St. Luke’s Humphreys Diabetes Center‘s $10,000 Weight Loss Challenge, Ladd Family Pharmacy, German Star Automotive and the Eagle High School Lady Mustangs basketball team. This includes working directly with local and national print vendors to provide print-ready artwork files, marketing strategies and educational information.

I am the administrator for the Eagle High School Lady Mustangs basketball team website, Facebook and Twitter communications to disseminate information on practice and games to players, faculty, students and parents.

I write, publish and provide sole photography, networking, social media and advertising for DuhmesticDiva.com, a blog designed to highlight creative home ideas, tips and recipes.

Successfully directed competing, global agencies to develop a web-based workflow application that integrated brand consistent marketing tools with 5 global regions to provide a cohesive workflow and content management packaging solution. As lead PM I managed upgrades and functionality improvements, trained users and managed service level agreements with IT for 24/7/365 support. The program documented $990,000 yearly savings.

Designed and directed the file transfer protocol for integrating all IPG marketing support content to the corporate HP Asset Library. This solution provided clients and partners worldwide a 50% time-saving alternative to previous asset acquisition for marketing content.

Through planning, direction and execution of worldwide photo shoots, both in studio and on location in the Asia-Pacific region, managed the development of collateral and communications material to support brand initiatives for HP LaserJet print samples, POS collateral in retail, advertising campaigns, trade shows and market research.

Solely responsible for the creation of new photo planning workflow processes for the “Hit Print” campaign that made advertising materials available for print and electronic media 3 months earlier than previous campaigns, speeding up planning opportunities for other groups, including legal, regulatory, environmental, marketing and corporate clients for up to 34 languages in 5 regions with extremely tight budgets and schedules.

Efficiently led 20+ global agencies in marketing programs, developing collateral, print samples and packaging to support brand initiatives for LaserJet SMB and Enterprise for retail environments, POS, trade shows and market research initiatives.

    Directory Communications  – AT&T (formerly BellSouth Advertising), Atlanta, Georgia
Proposed, created and led a two year formal training program for Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for 120 graphic designers in a four-state region to support efforts to decentralize teams for increased advertising sales.

Led a Total Quality group to provide specs, standards and feedback for outside vendors to improve communications and reduce internal scrap costs.

Conceptualized and designed display advertising initiatives with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and Total Quality.

Chosen as one of three employees to work one-one-one with executive sales teams in pilot program to increase top level advertising satisfaction. This pilot led to the current business model in place 15 years later.
